This scholarship one encourages students to look beyond themselves and NOMINATE a fellow student and recognize the kindness of that fellow student. If that student’s story of kindness is selected for recognition, the nominee and the nominator will share the $5,000 scholarship and will provide the nominator an opportunity to present the scholarship to their nominee in a public setting like a scholarship night or some other event.
