ROCORI Activities Information:

Remaining Fall Activities Plan:

Good luck to the remaining fall sports as they enter section playoffs.  The MSHSL decided that there will not be state playoffs and only section playoffs.

Volleyball and Football-ROCORI 9-12 Volleyball started their regular season on 9-28 and will have a reduced season consistent with other fall sports.  Football will have up to 6 contests and Volleyball will have up to 14 contests and section playoffs.  These schedules are complete and on the scheduling site.  Football will finish section playoffs by the end of November and Volleyball will finish section playoffs in early December.  As in other fall sports, there will not be state playoffs.

Spectator Guidelines:

The MSHSL approved Dance, Girls and Boys Hockey, Girls and Boys Alpine Skiing, Girls and Boys Basketball, Wrestling and Boys Swimming and Diving for winter sports.

Just a reminder that due to COVID-19 guidelines, spectators are very limited at inside and outside activities to a maximum of 250 spectators total.  ROCORI will be live streaming many events and will have a link to share on our website and social media sites.

Direct family members will be given priority to attend events.  Home events will have a parent list through the Activities Office creating a list to check at the gate.  All varsity home events will be charged $6 at the gate and no passes will be accepted.  Away games will be limited to 100 spectators and home games 150.  These spectators will be asked to properly social distance, not meet in groups before and after contests and will also asked to wear masks.  Please adhere to these guidelines when attending ROCORI events.

Winter Activities:

Winter sports will be starting in November and December.  Here are the MSHSL recently approve starting dates.  Schedules are now finished and on the CLC website.  The 7th and 8th grade middle school plans for basketball are TBD.  The possible plan at this time is to have an in-house only practice/play plan and alternate nights for boys and girls starting in early December and go throughout the entire winter season similar to VB and FB this fall.  The 6th grade options will go through community ed.  Some arts and academic activities will also return soon but are TBD.  Fees will remain the same.

What You Need to Do to Participate in a FALL ACTIVITY/WINTER ACTIVITY/SPRING ACTIVITY

Parents/Students – You need to fill out the 2020-2021 MSHSL Eligibility form (ONLINE ONLY).  You will find the link to this form on the ROCORI Activities home page.  You need to complete the form once per school year.  A current physical must be on file every three (3) years.  The MSHSL did make a change to Bylaw 107-Physical Examinations for the 2020-2021 school year.  The expiration date of all student physicals that expired prior to or during the 2020-2021 school year has been extended through the completion of the 2020-2021 school year.  If you have any questions concerning your students physical date, please call the Activities Office at 320-685-4917.

We are requesting that you pay the activity fee on RevTrak.  If this does not work for you, we will accept a check or cash.

*Coaches will need student contact information for the first day of practice from your athlete to communicate team information and changes.
