ROCORI School District New Family Registration Form
Families who are new to the district should fill out the New Family Registration Form.
If you are open enrolling, please fill out the State Open Enrollment Form. Once that is approved, you may fill out the New Family Registration Form.
Families with students already enrolled at ROCORI should look for enrollment forms in their Family Access account.

Additional Information on Minnesota Open Enrollment
ROCORI School district welcomes all students. Non-resident students have the opportunity to attend ROCORI through Minnesota's Open Enrollment program.
If you live outside of ROCORI School District boundries, please fill out the State Open Enrollment Format Form and ROCORI District Registration Form.
Please return completed forms to:
- Grades 6-12 to Middle School or High School Secretaries
- Grades K-5 to any Elementary Secretary
All 6-12 students should schedule a time with the Guidance Office to look over and fill out a course request worksheet. Grades 9-12 can locate those worksheets on the Guidance Office Web Page.
Open Enrollment Forms may be submitted up to 12-months prior to their start date.
