True Balance Counseling
Dear ROCORI Parents and Students,
As you know, Governor Walz issued an executive order closing K-12 schools March 18, 2020 through March 27, 2020 throughout the State.
As part of your school team, we will be offering outpatient services at Cold Spring Clinic location (228 Krays Mill Road, Cold Spring). If you are interested in services, please contact our main office to set up an appointment at 320-632-5524. If you are a current client, we will also be reaching out to you via phone to schedule.
Our offices are open and we are available as a resource for you and your child during this time. We have implemented protocols at the office due to COVID-19, including screening clients for illness and disinfecting the office after each client. If you or your child are feeling ill or have possibly been exposed to an illness, we ask that you refrain from attending face to face sessions at our Cold Spring office. We do have the option for telehealth in these cases to make sure you do not have an interruption in care.
This has been a difficult and uncertain time. There are many unknowns and questions about what is going to happen. We encourage you to talk with your children and give them an opportunity to share their feelings. If they are struggling and you need additional resources, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you for the opportunity to work with you and your child. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us at (320) 632-5524.
