Make sure to ALWAYS click Save at the bottom when you are done to save your changes!!!
On the Profile tab, you can set your basic information that is displayed on your page.
- You can set/change your name.
- If you teach just a specific grade level, you can select one in the Grade menu.
- You can set your subject in the subject box. If you teach more then one subject, you can hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and select multiple subjects.
- You can select your building in the building menu. Just like the subject box, if you teach in multiple buildings you can hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and select multiple buildings.
- In the Extension box, you can set your Extension number you want displayed in the Staff Directory. If you change rooms and your extension changes, you will want to change this to update the Staff Directory.
- In the Room Number box, you can set the room number you want to display on your page. Similar to your extension, as you move rooms you will want to update this information to keep it updated in the Staff Directory.
- Finally if you like to upload your picture on your page, use the Profile Image box. Click on Browse... and find the picture you want to use. Click the Upload button to upload it to your page.
