Make sure to ALWAYS click Save at the bottom when you are done to save your changes!!!
The schedule section is a simple table you can use to put in your schedule information.
If you need to add or remove additional columns and rows, click on the 'Change number of Rows/Columns' link. Type in how many columns and rows you want in the appropriate boxes, then click Rebuild Table. If you increased the number of rows and columns to a high number (20+) it may take a minute for the Rebuild to complete. Do not close your browser window, let the Rebuild finish.
If you have your schedule in an Excel spreadsheet with your schedule laid out, you can save it as a CSV file which you can import into your schedule to save some time. Click on Import from CSV and use the file upload box to upload your schedule.
To save your schedule as a CSV file, do the following:
- Open your schedule in Excel.
- Go to File > Save As.
- In the Save window, change the Save type from 'Excel Workbook' to 'CSV (Comma delimited)' and save the file. This will create a copy of your schedule in the CSV format, leaving your Excel copy unchanged.
