* For all students who will be gone on vacation, have an appointment, or any other reason from school...if you know you will be absent ahead of time, please e-mail me in advance of the day you will be gone so I can put together class materials for you.  Thank you for your help!

* Please make sure your child has a scientific or graphing calculator, and they are bringing it to class every single day.  Technology is extremely important in today's society and we will be constantly using technology to assist us in our learning process.

Dear Students and Parents,

Please make sure you have a graphing calculator for your math classes!  At ROCORI, we recommend the Texas Instruments TI-83 Plus or TI-84 Plus.  Either of these calculators are widely used throughout all high schools and colleges across the country.  If you do purchase one, bring it in to my classroom before school and I can engrave your name or initials into it to help prevent theft.  We understand these calculators are expensive, but they are an investment in your child's education and you will certainly need one past high school if you plan on going to college.  If you have any questions, please ask!

You may click here for more information on Texas Instruments graphing calculators.

Thank you!
